description
Surrey County Council, Active Surrey Team would like to procure a Business Development Consultant to lead a review of Active Surrey’s current and potential ability to grow and diversify income.
The appointed consultant or agency would be expected to work with the existing staff, Board members and partners as well as bringing their own expertise, experience and knowledge of the sports development landscape.
We would like the outcome to be a report for the Senior Management Team to take to the Board in July 2016 which provides an overview of the current landscape and identifies potential short, medium and long term opportunities outside of our existing funding that are innovative, commercially viable and ethical.
Active Surrey is the strategic lead for sport and physical activity for the county and we work with and through our partners to support the local infrastructure. Active Surrey is also responsible for delivering major youth sports events including the P&G Surrey Youth Games and direct B2C work with clubs, volunteers, athletes, schools, facilities and businesses.
Please view the attached RFQ Specification for a full explanation of the requirement.
