Boiler House Refurbishment St Marks Primary School

Southampton City Council is seeking tenders from mechanical engineering and plumbing contractors for the refurbishment of plant rooms and pipework & Controls, and the refurbishment of Boiler House,St Marks Primary School , Southampton. Interested contractors should note that the works will involve the handling and disposal of Asbestos material and contractors that cannot demonstrate suitable competence are unlikely to be successful. Please note the contract dates are approximate, refer to the documents.

All documentation including questionnaires must be completed and submitted by no later than the time/date indicated. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. The Council will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
