description
Waltham Forest CCG is inviting all interested providers to an Event to test the potential Integrated Community Musculoskeletal (MSK) Services which includes community based carpal tunnel and pain management services. For providers of Community MSK Services, this represents an opportunity to organise and innovate around the patient to deliver the outcomes that matter most to them. This Information Event will present further details of the proposed contract including the case for change, clinical model and contracting model and our timetable for a formal procurement process for an Outcomes Based Community MSK Service lead provider contract in Waltham Forest.
It will also provide an opportunity for providers to meet one another and network. The session will be open to any providers who have an interest in MSK services and/or are currently in a related Community MSK business. Please note that this is not a formal procurement advertisement. This is a notice of a forthcoming information event for providers interested in Waltham Forest CCG’s programme of work for the formal procurement process for an Outcomes Based Contract for MSK Services.
The Event will take place on the 22nd January 2016 at The Score Community Centre, Hall B, 100 Oliver Rd, London, E10 5JY from 10:000am until 12 noon. Further details will be sent to you a week prior to the event. There is a limit of a maximum of 2 representatives from each organisation who wish to attend to enable us to manage demand. Please register your name and your contact details for our attendance record purposes and please indicate if you would not be happy for us to share your contact details with the fellow attendees at the event as we wish to share contact details between all who attend. If you are interested in attending, please send an email to the contact named below.
Additional information: Waltham Forest CCG is keen to test the potential interest of the market via an open procurement process. We also want to hear from providers of other Integrated Community MSK Services who may be interested in acquiring a three year contract, with a potential option for a two year extension. The contract value as stated is for the initial three years. A copy of the MSK Pathway is attached for information.
If you are interested in hearing more about the CCG’s requirements, please register your interest by emailing WELCPOD-procurement@nelcsu.nhs.uk. The deadline for registering an interest is noon on 20th January 2016.
If you send us an email, we will send you an invitation. The Agenda will be released a week prior to the event.
