Retender for the Right to Sell Refreshments at Brinton Park Kidderminster

Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a licensee to provide sales of refreshments at Brinton Park in Kidderminster, the sale of ice cream or frozen confectionary is not permitted.

The contract is for 2 years with the option to extend for a further year and the contract will start on Wednesday 12th April 2017.

The operator may use the site between the hours of 10am and 8pm every day during the licence period with the exception of excluded events, there will be a maximum of 4 excluded events.

There is a splash park located within the park which attracts many visitors each year.

The deadline for submissions to Pro-Contract Due North is 2pm Tuesday 4th April 2017.

Additional information: The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Due North Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
