MSDC - Document Scanning Services

Mid Sussex District Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of scanning services to Planning Development Management and Building Control services. The Council is undertaking an open procurement process under the Council’s local tender process.

The successful tenderer will provide scanned imagery and keyed metadata for both the Planning Development Management and Building Control services as two independently managed and invoiced process streams.

The scanning and return of paperwork will need to be carried out in a time bound fashion, within 24 hours of receipt and the Council will expect service levels to be adhered to by the successful Contractor in order that these targets can be met.

The storage and management of the scanned data will be handled by the Council's Northgate Information@Work document management system. The Contractor will be expected to demonstrate that they can deliver scanned imagery and metadata that can be imported into the document management system.
