Provision Commissioning DataSets (CDS) Services

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is required to provide CDS data in a XML formation according to NHS Digital guidelines.

The contracting authority is looking to appoint a Compliant Supplier for extensible mark-up language (XML) services who will host the translation middleware and external data transfer (EDT) at their data Centre. The contracting authority will send UDF files to the Compliant Supplier for validation, translation to XML and submission to Secondary Uses Service (SUS)..

This procurement is being conducted using the Open Procedure "single stage" procurement process in line with Public Contract Regulations 2015. The Open procedure procurement process covers exclusion grounds, selection criteria and award criteria. Tenderers need to complete the tender response documents and return by the due date as per tender time table (table 3) in the tender documents
