Please note this is revised notice:-

(Arden&GEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England (Central Midlands) and Bedfordshire CCG (the commissioners) under joint commissioning arrangements is seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver primary care medical services under a caretaking arrangement, for Kempston Road Practice based at Bedford Hospital NHS Trust(Caretaker) formerly Shakespeare Road Surgery. The contract term will be from the 22nd October 2016 until the 31st March 2017, with the option to extend for a period of 6 months. Based on the current contract it is anticipated that the service provision resultant of this procurement will have an estimated annual agreement value of £263,644.32 (excluding caretaker element which is to be determined with the successful Bidder as part of this tender exercise) . The weighted patient list size was 3432 at 1st July 2016. It is envisaged that TUPE will apply. The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise. Please note that the deadline for ITT submissions is 12 noon on 21st September 2016.
