description
The SFO maintains pre-selected panels of QC's and Junior Counsel to undertake specialist work in serious and complex fraud, including bribery and corruption. This work will invovle working closely with SFO teams in the investigation and prosecution phases of cases and representing the SFO in court.
The SFO will also be maintaining seperate panels for Proceeds of Crime matter.
The SFO is now completely revising its panels. Membership on these panels is open to both barristers and solicitors with the appropriate qualifications. Counsel on the existing panels are invited to reapply. Applicants are appointed on these panels on the basis of ability and experience.
