Changing Places Modular Units Phase 2 2023

The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to enter into a Contract for the delivery of next phase of new Changing Places Modular units at Richardson Dees Park and Rising Sun Country Park in North Tyneside to assist with the delivery of the Authoritys capital investment plan

The Authority and their representatives will be Employer and Principal Contractor and the successful Tenderer will be a Contractor

Commencement of the Works are to be November 2023 subject to instruction from the client

Due to funding the Changing Places Units MUST be installed by 30 January 2024

The Authority requires a Changing Places unit at each site which are to be installed and fabricated in accordance with the following Changing Places The Practical Guide British Standard

The successfully awarded Contractor will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council the Authority to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract
