Provision of Autism Peer Review Support Service for NHS Bedfordshire, Luton & Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board
We are seeking a service focus on supporting people to increase independence and community participation. This focus will increase a person's ability to move on. In moving people towards greater independence by supporting people in their daily living, the provider will support people to access employment opportunities, leisure activities, healthcare and housing.
