****The tender has been re-awarded as the initially successful contractor has withdrawn from the competition. The submissions have been re-evaluated and this notice updated.****

It has since been established that the University chose to take on the submission and price at initial tender stage, resulting in a contract value to Hobson and Porter at £2,171,000. This has no bearing on the outcome of the exercise.

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for the new build construction of the Sustainable Aviation Fuels Centre. This is an ERDF funded project.
