The contract will cover the planning, implementation and delivery of a professionally delivered carnival to the London Borough of Newham in 2016 and 2017 with the potential to extend for one further year (2018 event) subject to contractor performance and availability of funding. The 2017 and 2018 events are subject to funding confirmation.
The Mayor’s Newham Carnival for 2016 is scheduled to take place Saturday 9 July 2016, Central Park, East Ham Town Centre & surrounding areas, London E6.
