Pan TfL Design, Manufacture & Supply Uniforms

TfL is conducting a call for competition for a contract which will be awarded by the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN) under Directive 2014/25/EU (utilities) on the award of Public Sector contracts, as implemented in the UK by the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016.

In the event of acceptable submission the award of a single framework agreement to one supplier for Pan TfL Design, Manufacture & Supply of Uniforms to TfL.

This requirement is for the design, manufacture and supply of various types of Uniforms across TfL.

This notice allows would be participants to register to participate in the tender process.

Suppliers are invited to register for the pre-qualification stage of the tender. To enable the supplier to participate in the tender, the supplier must self-register in SAP Ariba using the following link:

Once you have received confirmation of your registration being successful, please email Himali Basnayake and David Wilson to ensure your Company will be added to the project via SAP Ariba: Himali.Basnayake@tfl.gov.uk and DavidWilson1@tfl.gov.uk.

he supplier will then receive a notification when the Standard Selection Questionnaire will be available to download.

Early Market Engagement presentation given at a supplier event on 11/10/2022 is available to all suppliers who express interest in participating in this call for competition.
