FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF CARE PACKAGES FOR CHILDREN'S CONTINUING CARE

NHS South West London Clinical Commissioning Group (the "Contracting Authority") is inviting suitably experienced and capable providers to apply to be appointed to a new Framework which will be used by the Contracting Authority to arrange new Continuing Care packages for children and young people from 0 to 18 years of age.

This Procurement is for a bespoke Framework For The Provision Of Care Packages For Children's Continuing Care.

The Procurement Process seeks to be inclusive and to set up the Framework Agreement for a number of 5 years.

During this time the Contracting Authority (NHS South West London Clinical Commissioning Group) reserves the right, at any time, to reopen the Framework to procurement with the purpose of maximising the capacity of providers.

This Framework invites Providers to propose their rates of pay which will be used in a competitive approach to ensure value for money, whilst also supporting providers to have prices in place which are sustainable to their businesses for these type of care services and care packages including complex care packages for children of 0-18 years of age. The expectation is for SWL CCG to have Care Packages through this framework worth of up to £14,000,000 per year, but also reserving the right that this framework may be opened up to other contracting authorities, hence the potential value of £210,000,000.
