description

Requirements for the downstream purification continuous chromatography equipment:

To carry out the work described within the tender document, we need a highly versatile chromatography equipment that can operate both in continuous and batch mode. This equipment will be used to purify mRNA and saRNA from in vitro transcription reactions. This equipment will need to be able to operate across a range of flow rates. This will allow optimisation at small scale and subsequent scale-up.
