DECENT NEIGHBOURHOODS: TOWNHILL PARK EXTERNAL IMPROVEMENT WORKS

Improvements to hard and soft landscaping.General site clearance of existing street furniture, old paving and macadam areas, some small tree removal and constructing new pavements and roads, new railing works, low brick planters, community gardens with a timber deck, raised beds,benches, planting trees and shrubs, and the installation of street. Some of the work will involve working on highways but it will be on quieter internal roads on the estate.

These works will be undertaken in two distinct areas of Townhill Park Estate, Southampton, namely McArthur Road and Vanguard Road.

All documentation including questionnaires must be completed and submitted by no later than the time/date indicated. The Council undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information provided in the proposal submitted, subject to the Council's obligations under law, including the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If the applicant considers that any of the information submitted in the proposal should not be disclosed because of its sensitivity then this should be stated with the reason for considering it sensitive. The Council will then consider the sensitivity statement before replying to any request received under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
