The consultant is to consider and ensure that the following project outputs are met while producing the three design options:
- oCost Savings - data will be supplied on potential savings in rent, rates, energy, cleaning, maintenance etc on a room-by-room basis

- oAccessibility
- oImprove excess noise - Acoustic report and designer services will be supplied by the client
- oAverage User numbers - the final design should be able to accommodate around 120 workstations
