Ealing Summer Festival Events PIN

Currently, The Council of the London Borough of Ealing hold the Ealing Summer Festivals that run for 3 weeks, around the end of July / beginning of August each year. This comprises Jazz, Blues, Comedy, CAMRA beer and the New Gen Youth Festival. The festivals infrastructure is set up for the 3 week duration in Walpole Park, Ealing.

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market that the Council is to conduct an initial pre-procurement market test for the delivery of the Ealing Summer Festivals. The borough is seeking providers' input to establish a contract model and procurement route that is both attractive to the market and will deliver the most cost-effective commercial outcomes for the Council.
