description

The Department for Transport (DfT) (the Customer) is seeking bids to conduct a feasibility study into new driver and offender retraining schemes or new content for existing schemes. These new training schemes or content in existing schemes should provide specific content around understanding the risks faced by, and ensuring the safety of, vulnerable road users, in particular cyclists and pedestrians. They would be used as part of the sentencing framework for driving and cycling offences.
