Bradford District CCGDruns a 3 year long programme aimed to reduce CVD mortality under 75 years of age called Bradford's healthy heart.
As part of the programme, BDCCG would like to commission a service that will provide new innovative approach to blood pressure management. Draft service specification is attached for comments, thoughts and suggestions about the service.
