Bournemouth University (BU) is seeking formal tendered offers for the appointment of an agency to support Bournemouth University's Undergraduate (UG) student recruitment efforts for September 2020 entry. With an annual recruitment cycle, an average of over 17,000 applications/4200 enrolments and almost 100 courses, we need a partner that can help deliver a multi-channel campaign that supports our continued success from 'feeder areas' (typically 100 - 150 miles) in the UK. The agency also needs to support the evolution of targeting strategies for new courses and new markets for a particular course on an agile and ad-hoc basis as defined throughout the campaign to maximise recruitment results.

Additional information: Bournemouth University will shortly be conducting a tender for Contract for Undergraduate 2020 campaign.

For the tender we will be using an electronic tendering website called In-tend which is the University's standard procurement tool for sending and receiving tenders. It is free of charge to register and once you are registered you can express interest in any of the advertised projects. We would therefore ask you to register as soon as possible.

Once your expression of interest has been accepted onto the project, all further correspondence for that project will be done through this system. This will ensure that all suppliers get the same information at the same time
