The service provides access to training providers for a variety of requirements from first aid to IT courses and everything in-between.
Premier Partners provide HCC with access to a portal where users can enter their training requirements and the supplier subsequently provides suggestions of providers who can meet the requirements together with costs.

The contract was awarded with an initial term of 12 months with the option to extend for a further 3 years.
