description

1526 Physical Holistic Wellbeing Challenge Initiative for NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit.

We are currently looking at hosting a physical step challenge taking place between March - October and three separate holistic wellbeing challenges annually. A two-year contract, with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

We are seeking a fun, personalised wellbeing solution which harnesses the power of friendly, team-based competition to build healthy habits and drive collaboration as well as supporting individuals to access an extensive range of holistic wellbeing challenges and personalised learning content. Creating awareness is key to supporting behaviour change, we require pre and post health assessments, progress tracking and personalised recommendations for individuals' goals. Our aim is to deepen engagement levels on health and wellbeing activities. Engaging our staff to submerge in a culture of health and wellbeing in a variety of areas including, physical health, mental health, emotional wellbeing, with information on different topics such as but not limited to nutrition, sleep, productivity, menopause, promoting healthy habits and championing equality, diversity and inclusion throughout. The programme should include a virtual journey physical step challenge over 8 - 10 weeks and three separate holistic wellbeing challenges.

Accessible via an online portal and mobile app to provide a platform for participants to self manage their account, access information and resources and to log and update steps. The portal will also be used to encourage and engage staff. The challenge should harness the power of fun team and competitive spirit. With personalised health and engagement features, helping to enhance a community of support with social interactions, encouragement, and recognition, we want our staff members to be inspired to look at their wellbeing behaviour and incorporate healthy habits into their daily lives, enhancing the health, wellbeing, and resilience of our workforce.
