West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT) is looking to engage an external partner to help the trust develop the internal capacity and delivery of an organisation wide quality improvement programme based on proven evidence based methodolog. The aim of the programme would be to facilitate a fundamental change in the culture of the trust to one where improving the quality of care provided is at the heart of all we do. Such a programme will be central to the Trust's long term strategy and allow it to effectively address the two major healthcare challenges we are facing, namely rising costs and variation in quality of care.
