description
There are a total of 9 ELGA Option units (Models R7/ S7 AND R15) located at the PHE Manchester site. These units are undergo a regimented preventative maintenance schedule to include monthly in-house sanitation and clean and additionally a 6 monthly service currently conducted by the service arm of the manufacturer, Veolia. These units a required to be maintained as per the manufacturer’s instructions in order to ensure continued performance and allow the laboratories to collect store and use highly purified water. The water is used throughout the department for bio-assays
