- The contractor shall refresh and develop material to enable the delivery of a 1 day System Safety Executive Training Workshop to an audience of Director Level (1*) staff within DE&S.
- Target audience – Director, Senior Manager and / or Duty Holder with responsibillities for delivery and support of military systems.
| 3. | Content to cover and include (but not limited to): |
| a. | Executives need to understand their responsibilities and accountability within the law and MOD policy, general and that specific to their area of work. They should understand the goals of the organisation, the means by which it recognises risks and manages them. Be able to provide leadership and take a proactive approach in ensuring a high level of System Safety performance within their area of responsibility. |

- Development of the workshop content shall be produced 3 weeks from Contract Award with an electronic copy (powerpoint format) or the course content delivered.
- The contractor shall deliver 6 workshops based on the success of those held in 2014 and 2015 (maximum of 12 candidates per workshop) / Dates to be agreed with the Authority’s Project Manager, but all courses shall be delivered by the end of March 2017.
- The Contractor will not be required to provide facilities provision or candidate booking.
