Background of the Requirement

The City of Wolverhampton College is seeking a Mitel accredited supplier to provide a Hardware Support Service for three Mitel 3300 MXe controllers. The controllers are located across the College's three main campuses in Wolverhampton:

Paget Road Campus, WV6 0DU Wellington Road Campus, WV14 6BT Metro One Campus, WV1 3AH

The maintenance contract is to be let for 1 year start date 1 June 2022.

Suppliers are asked to provide details of their Mitel accreditations.

Suppliers are asked to provide two proposals for consideration based on two levels of support:

1. 8 x 5 x 4 4 hour Fix - Engineer to arrive onsite with parts and to restore the service within 4 business hours of the call being logged.

2. 8 x 5 x NBD Fix - Engineer to arrive onsite with parts and to restore the service before the end of the next business day (NBD) after the call being logged

Please insert a one year price into the pricing schedule on each line.

Suppliers are also asked to provide details of the current resolution statistics and achievement rates against SLA.

All hardware is 10 years old.
