City of Wolverhampton College is seeking a qualified M&E maintenance provider for a three year contract, with up to two additional one year extensions. The Contractor will deliver PPM, statutory compliance, reactive repairs and asset management in line with the Specification, adhering to College policies, safety protocols and DBS requirements. With an evolving estate, the provider must maintain accuracy, flexibility and full CAFM based evidence to ensure a safe, compliant learning environment.
