Adults short term home support - The Service will provide a personalised short term service to support Service Users to retain or regain their independence. The Service will be flexible and practical, to enable a Services User’s safe transition from hospital or to empower them to remain independent at home. This is of the utmost importance in preventing or reducing the need for further care and support in line with NICE guidelines.
In line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, we will follow a process under the Light Touch Regime as detailed in the Invitation to Tender document.
