Please quote for a 24 month agreement from September 2018. ONLY specific tests stated must be offered.
Quantity stated is approx. PA based on historical usage only. Items will be ordered as & when required & dependent on patient numbers.
Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Improvement PPIB tool to ensure we pay the best price. We expect to be offered prices in line with other NHS Trusts.
