- Target individuals, groups, or use dynamic rules to reach the right people
To communicate the incidents and the threat of incidents to the right people in a timely manner.
- Easy to use
To automate event communications, giving the relevant information to the right people when required.
- Ability to receive information via an App/Email/SMS/Mobile and Landline, also capable of posting to social media sites
Enable the staff to map events in locations within the Borough
Allow the viewing of mapped assets in relationship to threats/events.
- Audit trail
Record the responses to incident notifications and therefore track when responses were received
- Document Management
Enable all Business Continuity plans to be stored in the system, thereby allowing staff access to the information they need without contacting the Crisis Management team.
