description
AEC is seeking a system of ISOBUS loggers and telemetry integrations linked via a single platform, to be deployed across our farm network to monitor operations. A function of AEC is to collect data from a wide variety of sensors, Farm Management Information Systems (FMIS) and other sources spread throughout a national network of associated farms. This data is then used for research and development of agricultural technology, as a source of data for design, implementation, and testing. The intention is that a combination of ISOBUS loggers and connections to telemetry systems will be deployed to create a monitoring system collecting data from vehicles across the network. This data will include variable rate data where available, vehicle locations and attached equipment is also useful. The data from the ISOBUS loggers and telemetry will be used as contextual information on farming operations to accompany other data sources.
