We are tendering our contract for customer satisfaction surveys for a period of three years initially plus two further years subject to agreement. We are looking for a suitably experienced provider to provide the following satisfaction surveys:
- Star (perception) survey
- StarT (transactional) surveys to include repairs, lettings, ASB, complaints and contact centre
- New Build satisfaction survey.
Additional information: You will be required to submit a proposal via In-tend by Friday 11 February 2022. All tenders should be completed using the Intend procurement system operated by Cottsway.
