​​PCI_Lot_A_097​ ​​Whitehill and Bordon Transport Strategy​

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022).

To develop a draft updated Transport Strategy for the area of Whitehill and Bordon due to the extensive redevelopment in the area. • apply the principles and policies of the Hampshire Local Transport Plan (LTP4) • inform the priorities for the spend of the remaining s106 linked to the development The draft Transport Strategy will cover the whole area of Whitehill and Bordon and will take account of the views of local stakeholders, members, the developers and East Hampshire district council. It will identify local transport-related issues and problems and consider how these should be addressed. Work to develop the draft strategy and action plan will build upon existing work undertaken by Hampshire County Council, Whitehill & Bordon regeneration company and East Hants District Council, including their work on potential interventions. Council and WSP staff will work closely together throughout the project to share information and insight and to explore emerging ideas so that the resulting strategy follows good practice and reflects client expectations.
