description

The British Library require an organisation to conduct an in depth survey of the Library's users to develop a detailed picture of their characteristics, behaviours and views, and non-users to investigate awareness levels and gauge the appeal of the British Library, in areas outside London such as Leeds. This will inform the Libraries strategy for developing the content and format of what we offer, as well as our service model, to attract new Readers.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
