PHE - Corporate - Leeds - CRCE Extension

Public Health England (PHE) is seeking a Contractor to provide extension and alteration works to CRCE Leeds, Cookridge Oak Park, Leeds LS16 6RW, in order to provide accommodation for training.

Works required, are as follows:

The construction of a new single storey extension for new training facility, including:

• Load bearing masonry cavity wall construction with facing bricks.
• PVC windows and aluminium doors.
• Flat roof with cut to falls insulation and single ply covering on pre-cast concrete planks.
• Internal finishes.
• Toilet and kitchen facilities
• Mechanical installation including; heating, cooling, ventilation, water services, above ground drainage.
• Electrical installation including;small power, lighting, fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control.

Note: Construction allows for provision of future lift installation and additional 1st floor level.

External works for new drainage and car park resurfacing works.Internal alterations and refurbishment to existing training room, offices and toilet areas, including:

• Demolition of existing walls / forming new openings.
• New internal finishes, doors, fittings and sanitaryware.
• New external doors.
• Alterations to existing M&E installations.

External works including; new foul and surface water drainage (removal of existing soakaway), car park resurfacing.
