description
The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (The Council) is undertaking a commissioning exercise to determine the future delivery options for ‘Trusted’ Carers Assessments, Support Planning and Onward planning to achieve outcomes for service users (collectively defined as Carers Assessment services). These services are separate to Carers Services, which were commissioned in 2016. The Council would like to understand whether there is interest within the market to deliver these services and is therefore carrying out a soft market testing exercise to engage in early informal dialogue prior to any formal procurement taking place. Organisations that are interested in participating in this exercise are asked to return this questionnaire via the London Tenders Portal no later than 15:00 on 19th September 2016. All information provided in the questionnaire responses and the subsequent discussions will be strictly confidential and will provide insight into the most commissioning option for this contract. The Council does not have a firm intention to award contract(s) at this stage.
