**This notification refers to a Market Engagement Event Only**
Cleveland Fire Brigade are currently soft market testing with a view to exploring the possibility of undertaking a procurement exercise for marketing consultancy services paying particular attention to the Brigades external website and social media presence.
The initial piece of work would see a thorough examination and follow up report with regard to Cleveland Fire Brigades online, digital and social media presence with reference to all careers and all recruitment. In addition to examining and advising on branding to support the above activity.
Interested parties must have experience in the below categories;
| • | Paid for advertising (e.g. Facebook) paid for boost via geographical spread, age, m/f etc). |
| • | Copywriting |
| • | Understanding and application of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO through Google search) |
| • | Brand strategy/management - reporting through analytics |
| • | Sponsored ad creation and management |
| • | Content scheduling |
| • | Multiple integrated marketing campaigns |
| • | Back end of website page and content creation |
To support the above objectives, Cleveland Fire Brigade would like to conduct a market consultation in relation to this proposed procurement idea. The Brigade would like to understand more about those suppliers that have knowledge and experience of delivering this type of requirement and in particular those organisations that can share successful case studies.
The Brigade is therefore inviting any organisation that may be interested in this possible procurement opportunity to a 'Market engagement' event which will be held at the address below on a date to be agreed w/c 6th December from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

On expressing their interest, suppliers will be allocated 45 minutes with the Project team to discuss this potential procurement opportunity as well as demonstrate their experience and capability.
Interested parties should email lwoodall@clevelandfire.gov.uk with a preferred time slot of attendance. The closing date to express your interest in attending is 12pm on 26th November 2021.
The event is a pre procurement engagement only, seeking to understand supplier capability. This does not commit Cleveland Fire Brigade to any future procurement exercise.
