WP3704 - Enforcement Agency Services

Walsall Council are seeking to procure the services of a number of Enforcement Agencies to deliver both Enforcement Agency Collection and Debt Collection Services. The Service has been split into the below two Lots.

Lot 1 - Enforcement & Debt Collection Agency Services, including;

• oEnforcement Agents Collection Services for first and second referrals for unpaid;
• oCouncil Tax
• oNational Non-Domestic Rates
• oBusiness Improvement District Scheme (BIDS) Levy
• oCivic Traffic Enforcement Penalties

• oDebt Collection Agency
• oOverpaid housing benefit debts
• oSundry Debts

Lot 2 - Second Referral Cases, covering;

• oSecond Referrals for a number of cases for Enforcement Agent Collection Services for unpaid;
• oCouncil Tax
• oNational Non-Domestic Rates
