Cambridgeshire County Council (the Authority) invited Tenders for the supply of services in respect of the provision of NHS Health Checks Software/IT Solution. The successful Potential Provider is responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager identified by the Authority. The Authority intends to commission the IT solution for all GP practices and expand it to community pharmacists and any other provider of NHS Health Checks that provides services for residents in the Cambridgeshire County Council area. This number is currently estimated as 80 (and includes 77 GP practices) and is subject to change.
