WP3662 - Women's Tour of Britain: Walsall Section

Walsall Council are looking for a a supplier to provide event management support for Walsall's section of the Women's Tour cycle race.

As a proposed host venue, the Council requires specialised consultancy services to provide event management support to plan and stage the Walsall section of the Women's Tour, as well as to secure sponsorship funding. As the event coordinator, the Supplier will be required to advise and plan, as well as lead, organise and arrange the delivery of the following support activities on behalf of the Council:

• oStewarding, marshalling and policing
• oMedical, welfare & first aid
• oTraffic management
• oStreet cleansing & dressing
• oBusiness and Stakeholder engagement
• oMarketing, media & communications
• oMeetings and Reporting
