Norwich City Council is looking to work with a contractor to refurbish Heartsease Tower Park Play and Open Space. The site is located within a residential area with limited vehicular access available.
Existing disused cycle mounds are to be integrated into a cycle circuit with new equipment, and a separate area of outdoor gym equipment is to be provided. This is aimed at better integrating existing facilities into the park to encourage community use of the area and specifically enhance teen and adult activities and play.
