The contractor will be responsible for:
- (a)the design, development and implementation of all the works required for the replacement of the two boilers;
- (b)the preparation, if required, of fully co-ordinated working drawings;
- (c)the supply and installation of plant and materials, including the relocation of existing services and equipment where required;
- (d)any associated minor builders' work;
- (e)some minor redecoration and repair works;
- (f)the testing and setting to work and commissioning in a manner to suit the contract programme;
- (g)the provision of handover documents and, if applicable, drawings.
