description
The Council is seeking first class catering companies to work with to provide clients with an outstanding catering service that delivers all the customers’ requirements for large and small events (private weddings and receptions, gala dinners and civic events, buffets and business breakfasts) irrespective of the event being held.
The Council is seeking to cater for differing customer requirements by way of a Framework contract. Customer requirements are divided into Lots and caterers are encouraged to only bid for the Lots that best suit the service that they provide. Please note that Lot 5 will only be awarded in conjunction with another of the Lots. The Council is looking to appoint up to 2 contractors per lot.
The Council also proposes to separate the bar and catering services.
