description
Oxfordshire County Council has a requirement for a c2km surfacing project along an existing public right of way (bridleway status). It will eventually form part of a longer route between Bicester and Heyford Park and may also have second phase surfacing works in a few years' time.
- This tender is divided into two Lots as shown below. Bidders can apply for one or both Lots. Both Lots cover one section of bridleway but there is a section in the bridleway which is out of scope. Therefore, each section either side of the out-of-scope area is a Lot.
