Liverpool City Council are seeking a contractor to deliver the following highways improvements:
- Carriageway resurfacing,
- Upgrade to existing drainage and installation of additional drainage,
- Upgrade to the signalised junction on Picton Road with Rathbone Road and Wellington Road including controlled pedestrian crossing facilities,
- Upgrades to other traffic signal equipment at five other locations.
