description
An audio-visual (AV) services provider is required to manage, record and live stream Phase 2-3 Hearings for the Inquiry from w/c 10.10.2022 - 16.12.2022. The AV provider will also need to set up the necessary equipment to record/stream the hearings, provide live evidence and final transcripts of proceedings. The provision of this service is critical for the Inquiry. It will allow remote access to possibly hundreds of CPs and external interested parties (who won't be able to attend in person). It will also ensure transparency of the Inquiry's hearings and provide an accurate record of what occurs during the hearings captured for posterity and public interest. These are key aspects of a public inquiry's purpose.
