GB-London: NAT001-0275 Provision of Talent Booker Services for the National Lottery Awards

NAT001-0275 Provision of Talent Booker Services to the National Lottery Promotions Unit (NLPU) for a period of up to four(4) years commencing August 2018. The NLPU has a requirement for a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for the provision of Talent Booker Services for a period of up to four (4) years. The Agreement shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with options for the NLPU to extend the Agreement for a further three (3) periods of one (1) year. The successful Service Provider will be appointed to provide the Services for the National Lottery Awards 2018. Subject to a review of performance, but in any event at the sole and absolute discretion of the NLPU, the Agreement may be extended for up to three (3) successive periods of one (1) year and the Service Provider may be appointed to provide the Services for the National Lottery Awards in 2019, 2020 and 2021. The Agreement, and any contract made under the provisions of the Agreement shall be non-exclusive and the NLPU shall not be obliged to place any particular amounts of Services or value of contracts with the Service Provider.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
