PIPE (Psychologically Informed Planned Environment) Project - HMP Long Lartin

In scope: Development of a PIPE unit in accordance with the service specification and PIPE Model. The existing hotel function for the 15 bed unit below healthcare. The unit’s Certified Normal Accommodation (CNA) is 14, with an Operational Capacity of 15.
