KBS Maritime is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced design consultants or consortia to undertake the design phase of a new Skills Development Centre. This facility will serve as a flagship hub for vocational training, and workforce development, supporting learners, and industry partners in a modern, inclusive, and future-ready environment. This facility will be located in three grade 2* buildings, located in the Heritage area of Portsmouth Naval Base.
The project is currently in its early planning stages, and this EOI represents the first step in identifying capable design partners to help shape the vision and deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and functional facility.
The successful design consultant will be expected to provide comprehensive services including, but not limited to:
